Grounds

Phoenicia Lodge is located directly in the center of the Catskill Mountains! Our grounds invite the relaxation you crave, with many thoughtful outdoor seating options, a seasonal fire pit, a beautiful patio, grills for our guests, and natural landscaping.

Housekeeping

We deep clean and sterilize guest rooms in between each visit. Should you need additional linens or a room refresh, please let the innkeeper know and we'll be at your service! We are committed to a greener more sustainable stay.

Great Room

Enjoy a seat by the fireplace in our newly renovated Great Room, borrow one of our hand-selected books to read, or play a game with friends. Designed with our guests in mind, our Great Room offers several types of comfortable seating and is surrounded by windows for natural lighting.

Pet Policy

We allow pets in all cottages. If you would like to bring your dog along on your trip, please specify so we reserve the appropriate room for you.
