Phoenicia Lodge sits right in the heart of the Catskill Mountains, and our grounds invite relaxation. Unwind with thoughtful outdoor seating, a seasonal fire pit, a beautiful patio, guest grills, and natural landscaping all around.
Inside, our newly renovated Great Room offers a cozy seat by the fireplace, a hand-selected library to borrow from, and plenty of space to play a game with friends. Designed with guests in mind, the room features a variety of comfortable seating and is wrapped in windows for natural light.
FUEL YOUR STAY
Start your day with a complimentary continental breakfast featuring fresh, local baked goods, fruit, yogurt, and coffee, served daily from 8–10am in the Great Room.
Throughout your stay, enjoy our 24-hour complimentary tea and coffee bar, along with water, a mini fridge, and microwave access, conveniently located in the lobby.
FAMILY ADVENTURES
Phoenicia Lodge is a wonderful choice for families looking to enjoy the Catskills at a high-quality hotel and lodge that offers great value. We offer a range of kid-friendly activities to make sure everyone in the family — pets included — has a memorable stay.
Guests can take advantage of bike rentals, complimentary s'mores kits, board games, and yard games like cornhole, bocce ball, and frisbee. In warmer months, summer sprinklers and water guns keep the fun going outdoors.
A PET-FRIENDLY EXPERIENCE
Pets are welcome in all cottages for an additional fee. If you would like to bring your fur baby along on your trip, please specify so we reserve the appropriate room for you. Pets are not permitted in the main lodge building, including the Great Room.

HOUSEKEEPING NOTES
We deep clean and sterilize quest rooms in between each visit. We're confident this fresh approach not only creates a clean, safe stay for you, but also helps to lessen our impact on the environment. Should you need additional linens or a room refresh, please let the innkeeper know and we'll be at your service! We are committed to a greener more sustainable stay.
