NOTICES AND TERMS
A credit card is necessary to hold a reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. A $20 deposit for each room booked is due at the time of reservation, which is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event that the reservation is changed or cancelled. The remainder of payment is due at check-in. Reservations cannot be transferred from person to person. Reservations held on invalid credit cards will be cancelled. If payment is not made in person at the front desk with the credit card present, a 2% fee will apply to cover our additional credit card processing fees.

If you cancel after this timeframe, you will be charged for any night that we're unable to rebook. There are no refunds for early departure. Email or voicemail cancellations without return confirmations are not valid.

Disability Access. Our establishment was constructed in the 1940s and 1950s, and our rooms have steps, small doorways, and are not wheelchair-accessible.
Group reservations can be tricky for small properties, so please contact us directly to discuss how we can best accommodate your group, party or reunion.
We provide daily housekeeping services in our motel rooms, and daily towel service in the cottages and suites. Housekeeping can be provided in the cottages and suites if time allows, and at an extra charge of $30 per unit, per day.
Please be considerate of our other guests. Quiet time is after 9 pm, and all guests are asked to complete outdoor activities by 11 pm so that everyone can get a good night's sleep. Guests checking in after 11 pm are asked to be especially courteous of sleeping neighbors.
All guests must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by a person over 25.
The total number of guests should be given when the reservation is made. We must be notified if any additional guests are being added. If you plan to invite non-registered guests to join you in your room or cottage, or on our grounds, we would like to be notified. FIRE PIT GUIDELINES
There is one firepit on the property, located on the back lawn behind the cottages. We ask that fires are kept as small as possible (no higher than 12" flames), and that the fire be completely extinguished when done. Also, since the firepit is close to the cottages, we ask for quiet after 9 pm, and all outside activities are completed by 11 pm so that everyone has a chance to get a good night's sleep. The firepit may not be accessible in the wintertime.
Firewood is either provided or can be purchased locally.
Please don't bring your firewood to our area.
