Our simplest lodging option,
a motel room is the best option for those looking for
comfortable economy.
Each motel room has a private bathroom with shower, individual
heat control in winter and air conditioning in the summer,
free broadband wireless internet access, a phone (long
distance is included) and flat panel cable TV with DVD
(and free access to our popular DVD library).
Complimentary coffee, tea, muffins, fruit, bagels, yogurt
and breakfast snacks are available in the office in the
mornings after 8 am.

Our cozy cottages are like your own little
mountain house. Just a quick walk from the Esopus Creek,
they provide everything you need for your simple country
vacation.
Each cottage has: a private bathroom with shower, full
kitchen (with cookware and dinnerware, refrigerator, stove,
coffee maker and toaster), Cable TV with a DVD player
(and free access to our popular DVD library), broadband
wireless internet access, a porch, picnic table, charcoal
grill and easy access to our back lawn with hammocks and
a fire pit.
Four of our cottages have gas fireplaces, where indicated
below. Air conditioning is currently
available only in cottages 4 and 6, more to follow.
Please note that our cottages do not have phones, but
we do offer cellular access for eligible Verizon and AT&T
customers. Calls can also be made free of charge in the
office between 8 am and 10 pm.

Our suites are spacious, fully featured
apartments. All suites have private baths with bathtubs,
and complete kitchens, which are fully equipped with cookware
and dinnerware, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster
and microwave. Also provided is broadband wireless internet
access, flat panel cable TV with DVD, air conditioning
during summer months and (of course) heating during winter.
Please note that our suites do not have phones, but we
do have limited Verizon and AT&T cell service for
eligible customers. Calls can also be made free of charge
in the office between 8 am and 10 pm, and we'll be happy
to relay any messages to you.

A credit card is necessary to hold a reservation,
and full payment is required at check-in. We accept
Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
We require a seven day cancellation notice, fourteen
for holiday weeks/weekends. If you cancel after this
timeframe, you will be charged for any night that we're
unable to rebook. There are no refunds for early departure.
Check-in is from 4-10 pm, check-out is by 11 am.
Please let us know beforehand if you need to arrive
sooner or stay later. We'll do our best to accomodate
your special request.
All cancellations must be confirmed. Email or
voicemail cancellations without return confirmations
are not valid.
Minimum stays during holiday weekends and peak seasons
often apply. Two-night minimums on most weekends
and during July and August, and three-night minimums
on holiday weekends are typical.
Weekly rates apply to stays
of 5-7 days in our cottages or suites. Week-long visits
may begin any day of the week except Saturday. There
is a one-week limit to the weekly rate during peak seasons
(Additional days will be added at the daily rate. Cannot
be combined with other offers or discounts.)
There is no smoking in our rooms or cottages.
A $100 room-recovery fee will be charged for noncompliance
or for tampering with smoke alarms.
We provide daily housekeeping services in our
motel rooms, and daily towel service in the cottages
and suites. Housekeeping can be provided in the cottages
and suites if time allows, and at an extra charge of
$30 per unit, per day.
Please be considerate of our other guests. Quiet
time is after 9 pm, and all guests are asked to complete
outdoor activites by 11 pm so that everyone can get
a good night's sleep. Guests checking in after 11 pm
are asked to be especially courteous of sleeping neighbors.
All guests must be over the age of 21 unless
accompanied by a person over 25.
The total number of guests should be given when
the reservation is made. We must be notified if any
additional guests are being added. If you plan to invite
non-registered guests to join you in your room or cottage,
or on our grounds, we would like to be notified. Maximum
occupancies listed in the room descriptions may not
be exceeded.
Damages caused to the rented room or cottage,
or to any of the furniture or linens in the room are
the full responsibility of the registered guest.
DOG POLICY
We allow clean, well-behaved dogs to accompany
our guests at no extra charge, provided that the following
rules are obeyed (up to a $50 cleaning charge may be
applied for noncompliance). Cats, due to the prevalence
of common allergies, are not permitted.
- We must be notified in advance if you will be bringing
your dog.
- Dogs are not permitted on the beds, bedding
or furniture. Please bring other bedding
for your pets, or ask at the front desk, we have lots
of old blankets you can borrow.
- Dogs are not to be left alone in rooms or cottages.
- We ask that guest dogs not be larger than 80 pounds,and
that they be clean and well-behaved (house-trained,
not prone to frequent barking, biting or destruction.)
- Please be mindful of your dog's behavior. Frequent
or repetitive barking, for the sake of our other guests,
cannot be tolerated.
- When outside, please keep your dog leashed and clean
up droppings.
- The registered guest is responsible for any damages
or extra cleaning charges.
FIRE PIT GUIDELINES
There is one firepit on the property, located
on the back lawn behind the cottages. We ask that fires
are kept as small as possible, and that the fire be
completely extinguished when done. Also, we ask for
quiet after 9 pm, and all outside activities are completed
by 11 pm so that everyone has a chance to get a good
night's sleep.
(firewood is either provided or can be purchased locally.
Please
don't bring your firewood to our area!)
